1. Role of The Prescription
The Prescription operates solely as a facilitation and connection service. Its role is limited to introducing subscribers to independent professionals who have agreed to offer mock interview sessions. The Prescription does not provide the mock interview services itself (unless expressly stated where a session is delivered directly by The Prescription).
2. Independent Status of Interviewers
All mock interviewers listed on The Prescription platform act in their personal and independent capacity. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of The Prescription. Any views, advice, feedback, or materials provided during mock interview sessions are the sole responsibility of the individual interviewer.
3. Direct Arrangement Between Parties
Once an introduction has been made, all arrangements are made directly between the subscriber and the selected interviewer. This includes, but is not limited to:
Scheduling and rescheduling
The format and structure of the session
The nature and content of feedback provided
Any additional sessions
Payment arrangements for any paid sessions
Cancellations, refunds, or disputes
The Prescription is not a party to any agreement formed between the subscriber and the interviewer.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Prescription accepts no responsibility or liability for:
The quality, accuracy, or usefulness of any advice or feedback given
The conduct of any interviewer or participant
Any loss, damage, dissatisfaction, or dispute arising from the session
Any outcomes relating to job applications, interviews, or career progression
Participation in any mock interview session is undertaken at the subscriber’s own discretion and risk.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
Mock interview sessions are developmental in nature. The Prescription does not guarantee any particular outcome, including success in job applications or interviews.
6. Acknowledgement
By booking or participating in a mock interview facilitated by The Prescription, you acknowledge and agree that The Prescription’s role is limited to providing an introduction and that it holds no responsibility for the services delivered thereafter.
