Rachael Lemon is founder of Lemon Aid Coaching & Consulting, where she works with senior healthcare leaders navigating complex systems, leadership transitions, and high pressure decision making. Her approach integrates trauma informed and neuro affirmative leadership with strategic clarity, helping experienced professionals lead without compromising how they think, communicate, or operate. An Honorary Member of the Royal College of Pharmacy for distinguished services to pharmacy, Rachael brings more than twenty years of NHS leadership experience. Her work has included the English Pharmacy Board and advisory roles across NHS England, the Department of Health, and Royal Colleges. Alongside her systems leadership work, she brings specialist training in trauma informed practice and rape crisis support. As a domestic abuse survivor, she combines lived experience with professional expertise to support leaders navigating complex personal and professional realities.
